We have put together the following safety information about what to expect at the conference venue. Your comfort and safety is our top priority so if you have any questions please contact the Customer Service team via email or on 0207 067 1066.

Important: Prior to attending the event

  • We recommend you take a lateral flow test 48 hours prior to attending. This will not be checked or enforced.
  • While it’s no longer a legal obligation to wear face coverings indoors, we recommend delegates wear masks inside the venue, particularly in crowded areas

Other

  • We ask that you do not travel or attend the event in-person if you have any coronavirus symptoms, the details of which can be found on the NHS website.
  • You must have pre-registered for the event – any walk-ins will not be admitted.
  • Those who have been instructed to self-isolate also must not attend.

Registration

  • There will be temperature checks and self-declaration of health upon arrival at the venue and an opportunity to check into the NHS Test and Trace app.
  • We ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitiser as soon as you arrive.
  • Once inside the venue you will signposted to the NHF registration area where a socially distanced queueing system will be in place.
  • You will collect a badge and lanyard on arrival but we won’t be supplying printed materials. The agenda and delegate list can be accessed via the event app.
  • A cloakroom will be available, however we recommend you bring as little to the venue as possible.
  • Current Government advice states that events of this size do not require Vaccine Passports so we will not be asking for these on arrival. We are closely monitoring further announcements and will contact you directly should anything change.

Mask wearing and distancing

  • There will be no social distancing or one way systems after registration as the venue is large and there is plenty of space. We will create wider spaced seating areas in the session rooms, where space allows.
  • All NHF event staff and venue staff will wear face coverings at all times.

Additional safety measures

  • Enhanced cleaning will take place at the venue, particularly in high traffic areas.
  • Sanitation stations will be available throughout the venue.
  • We have minimised the use of printed materials and recommend not to exchange business cards during the event. The event app allows you to exchange details through QR code scanning.
